At StormHacks 2025, my team designed and built a four-legged robot dog within a single day. We took on a hardware-focused challenge that tested design, mechanical, and electrical integration under time pressure.

I led the main body assembly and CAD modeling in SolidWorks, creating a modular PLA baseplate with cutouts for the Arduino, ESP32, PWM servo driver, and battery. Each leg used MG996R servos on modular mounts for rapid reprinting and reconfiguration.

We completed mechanical assembly, wiring, and testing during the hackathon and got it standing before the deadline. Main takeaway: CAD and wiring under a 24-hour clock.
